The Green Grid OSDA Tool


You may have heard myself or any of the other members within The Green Grid talk about the "Open Standard for Data Center Availability" (OSDA) tool at various conferences over the past year. We have been busy developing a tool to help designers & owner/operators evaluate alternate energy sources. For this first release of the OSDA tool we have focused on the power distribution, we will continue to develop the cooling and include the network systems in future releases.

The OSDA tool is free for anyone to use and is available at https://www.thegreengrid.org/osda-tool/dashboard.html.
