DCE100: Data Center Strategies Executive Briefing

The DCE100 is a 1-day executive briefing reviewing strategies for data center services. Methodologies to evaluate outsourcing and insourcing options will be examined. Project delivery models and procurement options will be evaluated, identifying benefits and challenges of each option and their impact on when decisions need to be made.

Business requirements which need to be defined to help provide strategic direction for the data center planning and design team will be identified. We will work through these requirements to help guide the recommended strategic direction unique for your organization.

Templates will be provided and reviewed for the development of a new data center initiative, for both outsourced and in-house solutions. The templates will include total project budget, project timeline and staffing resources required to either outsource or implement a new in-house data center. These templates will help facilitate the financial, risk and resource analysis.

 

We will discuss and synthesize information regarding the strategic plan and information needed to equip you for effective Board presentations and high level decision making.
