- Assist Owner in defining required consultant qualifications
- Assist in consulting services RFI / RFQ / RFP development and consultant selection process
- Act as Owner's Representation throughout consulting services selection process
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SELECTION
- Assist Owner in defining required construction management firm qualifications
- Assist in construction management services RFI / RFQ / RFP development and CM selection process
- Act as Owner's Representation throughout construction management services selection process
PROCUREMENT OF LONG LONG LEAD ITEMS
- Assist Owner with procurement of long lead items for systems and components procured directly by Owner
DESIGN PEER REVIEW
- Provide consulting services to Peer Review the data center design provided by the Owner's design team at specified project milestones. The Peer Review services can be included as an augmentation to our Commissioning Scope of Work if desired.
VENDOR QUALIFICATION AND SELECTION
- Assist Owner with the procurement of IT systems, Network services from Carriers, or Outsourced services (Colo, Hosted Managed services, Public Cloud services)
- Assist Owner in defining requirements and developing RFP
- Assist Owner in identifying and selecting qualified vendors
