INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

NEEDS ASSESSMENT:

  • Assist owner in defining data center information technology requirements.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT STRATEGIC PLANS:

  • Provide consulting services to assist Owner in developing information technology strategic plans for how IT services are provided to meet the requirements of the business.  Define long term objectives, requirements and tactical options available to meet the strategic objectives.

 

CERTIFICATION:
  • Provide assessment services to certify the Information Technology services adhere to data center industry standards (TIA-942/BICSI 002-2011).  Certifications are provided for new data center technology designs (peer review) or for existing data center technology implementations (assessment).

 

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE PLANNING:

  • Provide consulting services to assist Owner with the development of an enterprise architecture that meets the IT services and commitments made to the business.

 

SECURITY COMPLIANCE:

  • Provide consulting services to assist Owner with the development of a security program (assessment, penetration testing), business continuity and disaster recovery planning, security management (incident response, training & awareness).

 

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND PROCUREMENT:

  • Provide architecture planning and design services for the data center information technology solutions including: HPC and grid computing, integrated enterpise storage solutions, deployment of private cloud services.

 

LAN DESIGN & ACQUISITION:

  • Provide consulting services to plan and design the network architecture and topology to support the data center information technology platforms and services. 
  • Assist Owner in identifying qualified vendors.
  • Assist Owner in RFQ and RFP process and vendor selection.
  • Assist Owner with implementation project management.

 

WAN DESIGN, ACQUISITION AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS:

  • Assist Owner in defining requirements.
  • Assist Owner in identifying qualified vendors.
  • Assist Owner in contract negotiations and execution

 

NETWORK CABLING INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN & ACQUISITION:

  • Provide consulting services to plan and design the network cable plant required to support the data center information technology platforms.
  • Assist Owner in identifying qualified vendors. 
  • Assist Owner with managing project implementation.

 

NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER (NOC) PLANNING & DESIGN

  • Provide consulting design services to plan and design the Network Operations Center including; integrated suite of tools to manager the network and systems, ergonomic design of 7x24 support spaces, design and vendor selection of technical furniture.
